Payment Two payment methods are available:
1. Payment "in cash upon receipt" upon delivery to the office of Nova Poshta
If you choose this method, you will need to pay an additional receipt for a refund.
2. Payment by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
We do not take any information about your card or any personal data. Payment security is guaranteed.
Only one payment method of your choice is available for each individual order. It is not possible to pay for parts of the order using various methods.
DeliveryWe provide delivery throughout Ukraine through Nova Poshta. The current list of parcel delivery centers and their working hours, terms and schedule of courier delivery are available on the official
website of the carrier.There are two delivery methods available:
1. By Nova Poshta courier to the address in Kyiv.
Delivery at the address indicated when placing the order in the afternoon.
2. To Nova Poshta office.
Delivery at the address of the branch number indicated when placing the order.
Addresses of the offices.Orders are dispatched the next day after the receipt of the order. Parcel declaration number is sent via SMS on the sending date.
Orders are delivered within 1-3 days, depending on the region where the product is sent. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are sent on the first business day.
Attention! An incorrectly entered phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may cause a delay in sending the order.

According to the law of Ukraine "On e-Commerce", an order on the website of an online store is equivalent to a purchase/sale agreement and obliges the parties to fulfill the terms of such agreement.
(An electronic contract made by exchanging electronic messages and signed in accordance with the procedure specified in article 12 of this Law shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as a contract made in writing)
If you do not receive the parcel within 10 days, including Saturday, after delivery to the Nova Poshta office, the product is returned to the sender, and the order is canceled. If, at the request of the customer, the storage of the parcel was extended at the Nova Poshta office, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with storage. If the customer made a repeat order, rejecting the previous one, the customer pays for delivery at his own expense. By placing an order on the site, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and is responsible for their implementation.
