Payment and delivery in Ukraine
Payment
Two payment methods are available:
1. Payment "in cash upon receipt"
- upon delivery by courier of Nova Poshta to the address in Kyiv
- upon delivery to the office of Nova Poshta

If you choose this method, you will need to pay an additional 30 UAH upon receipt for a refund.

2. Payment by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Privat24 via LiqPay
We do not take any information about your card or any personal data. Payment security is guaranteed.
Only one payment method of your choice is available for each individual order. It is not possible to pay for parts of the order using various methods.

Delivery
We provide free delivery throughout Ukraine through Nova Poshta. The current list of parcel delivery centers and their working hours, terms and schedule of courier delivery are available on the official website of the carrier.

There are two delivery methods available:
1. By Nova Poshta courier to the address in Kyiv.
Delivery at the address indicated when placing the order in the afternoon.

2. To Nova Poshta office.
Delivery at the address of the branch number indicated when placing the order. Addresses of the offices.

All orders placed on the site on Monday - Friday before 16: 00 are sent the same day. Parcel declaration number is sent via SMS on the sending date.
Orders are delivered within 1-3 days, depending on the region where the product is sent. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are sent on the first business day.

Attention! An incorrectly entered phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may cause a delay in sending the order.
Please check your personal information carefully when registering and placing the order. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.

According to the law of Ukraine "On e-Commerce", an order on the website of an online store is equivalent to a purchase/sale agreement and obliges the parties to fulfill the terms of such agreement.

(An electronic contract made by exchanging electronic messages and signed in accordance with the procedure specified in article 12 of this Law shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as a contract made in writing)

If you do not receive the parcel within 10 days, including Saturday, after delivery to the Nova Poshta office, the product is returned to the sender, and the order is canceled. If, at the request of the customer, the storage of the parcel was extended at the Nova Poshta office, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with storage. If the customer made a repeat order, rejecting the previous one, the customer pays for delivery at his own expense. By placing an order on the site, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and is responsible for their implementation.
Payment and delivery outside Ukraine
Payment is made on the site via the LiqPay system via Visa or Mastercard.

The order is sent only when 100% of the cost of the product and delivery is paid on the site.

Delivery outside of Ukraine is by Ukrposhta. Orders are sent on Tuesdays and Fridays.
After sending the order, the TRACK number of the parcel will be sent to the e-mail indicated in the order, which can be used to track the progress of the order.

Exception:
Delivery to Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road) is the KM Express in 3-5 working days.

Starting March 16, 2020, Ukrposhta will use alternative ways of combined delivery: cargo planes and cars to export postal items. These changes may lead to a slight increase in delivery times, but the company does not yet have an operational need to restrict export acceptance.

In case of return of non-delivered mail items in the postal facilities of the destination to Ukraine, for the following reasons:
- expiration of the storage period
- no addressee at the specified address
- non-collection of postal items the delivery service is considered completed.
You can only resend the order after paying the delivery cost.
Order registration
Orders are accepted online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders are processed by managers on Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address indicated during registration.
If all the order items were filled in correctly, the store's employees do not call the customer back.

Quality and completeness checks
When you receive the product, be sure to check the integrity of each parcel. Complaints about the order configuration and appearance of the product are accepted only at the carrier's warehouse. If the quantity does not match or the attachment is damaged, make an appropriate report with a signature and seal. Claims are not accepted without documentation.
